Terms and Conditions for
Perfect Picture Company
The following
Terms & conditions apply to all transactions on the Perfect Picture
Company.com website. Please read these carefully before placing an
order and print a copy for personal reference.
1 - Delivery Dates
1.01
Delivery can only be made within the United Kingdom or Countries
listed under the delivery section of the Perfect Picture Company.com
website.
1.02
We aim to achieve all quoted delivery dates. However, all dates and
lead times are estimates only. In the event of a delay with your
order, you will be contacted by e-mail, advising you of any changes.
Should the new date not be acceptable, the customer has the option
to either choose an alternative product or cancel their order and
receive a full refund.
1.03
For bespoke Canvases / Framing / Artwork and all other made to order
items displayed on Perfect Picture Company.com delivery and despatch
may vary and will be quoted on an individual basis.
1.04
Perfect Picture Company.com cannot be held responsible for delivery
delays due to the postal service, courier service or any other
factor that Perfect Picture Company.com does not have direct control
over.
2 – Damaged Goods
2.01
All items and goods must be checked immediately upon receipt. All
items and goods that are damaged must be recorded on the delivery
notice and you must inform Perfect Picture Company.com within 48
hours. Please e-mail us and we will advise accordingly how to return
your items or goods.
2.02
In cases where Perfect Picture Company.com have been found to be at
fault, we will reimburse you for the delivery costs in returning
your item or goods and issue a replacement or offer a full refund.
3 – Faulty Goods
3.01
Any items that are deemed to be faulty must be reported to Perfect
Picture Company.com within 48 hours of receipt. Please e-mail us and
we will advise accordingly how to proceed.
4 – Returns Policy / Cancellations
4.01
You have the right to cancel your order within 7 days upon delivery
of your item. All returns will be subject to a full refund minus any
postal / courier charges (normally around £10). Items must be
returned in their complete original packaging. A 25% re-stocking fee
applies to all returned items. This return policy does not include
any Bespoke or made to order items using customers own images or
artwork.
4.02
Perfect Picture Company.com will not be liable / responsible for the
cost of returned items being delivered back to us if you cancel your
order within 7 days. If required, we can arrange for the collection
of your item or goods and deduct the cost from the refund amount
given on your order. This return policy does not include any Bespoke
or made to order items using customers own images or artwork
4.03
All refunds will be made by Perfect Picture Company.com within 30
days of receiving the returned goods or items. This return policy
does not include any Bespoke or made to order items using customers
own images or artwork.
4.04
Please note that any items or goods that use a customers own images
or artwork are exempt from the 7 days return or cancellation policy.
If you are ordering an item using your own image or artwork, you
will be sent a proof of the image to check and approve. Please check
the proof carefully as any amendments cannot be made after this
time.
5 – Availability
5.01
All goods and items displayed on the Perfect Picture Company.com
website are subject to availability. In the event of an item that is
displayed not being available we will offer an alternative product
or issue with a full refund.
6 – Breach of Contract.
6.01
Perfect Picture Company.com reserve the right to suspend or
terminate any agreement or contract and cancel any order at any time
without notice.
7 – Website Compatibility
7.01
Perfect Picture Company.com do not guarantee that our website will
be compatible with all PC/MAC or home / business computer. Perfect
Picture Company.com cannot be held liable for any damage, data loss
or corruption as a result of using this website.
8 – Website information
8.01
All information and prices contained on Perfect Picture Company.com
are deemed to be correct. If, at any time, we discover an error in
product description or pricing for an item you have ordered, we will
advise you immediately. We will advise you on any amendments made to
the product description and advise you of the correct pricing for
the item. The item can then be re-ordered with the correct
description or pricing or a refund will be given.
9 - Perfect Picture Company.com Guarantee
9.01
All our products are supplied with a minimum 1 year guarantee
against manufacturing defect unless otherwise stated.
9.02
This guarantee is supplied for all our products for their intended
use only. This guarantee does not cover user error or accidental
damage.
