How long will
it take to receive my order?
Canvas / Image Blocs and all ready made frames will be delivered
within 7 working days from receipt of payment.
If you are downloading your own image for use on a Canvas or Image
Blocs, we will send you a proof within 2 days. Once you have
approved your proof, delivery will be 7 working days from approval
date. If this date cannot be met due to unforeseen production
delays, we will inform you of your revised dispatch date.
What are your delivery costs?
Canvas & Image Blocs are charged at £9.00 (Courier). Any items above
900mm in length will be charged as freight at our subsidised cost of
£15.00.
All readymade frames are charged at £7.99 (Courier). Any items above
900mm in length will be charged as freight at our subsidised cost of
£15.00.
Hanging Kits and Aperture Mounts are charged at £1.99 (Royal Mail)
Poster Prints are charged at £5.99
All items will have the postage costs clearly stated in the checkout
and there may be additional charges for multiple items. These prices
are subject to change without notice. For information regarding

What is an Image Bloc?
Image Blocs are a contemporary and stylish way of showcasing your
favourite digital photographs and images.
Image Blocs are constructed with a black solid 50mm wood box frames
that is inset with a 5mm thick foam core board with your own digital
image printed on photographic vinyl secured to the foam core board.
Image Blocs are exclusive to Perfect Picture Company.
Image Blocs have the appearance of a solid box with your image
slightly recessed into the wood frame; giving a nice shadow depth
for photographs and are ideal for your home or work environment.
Each Image Bloc is handmade and finished for you.
Images are printed onto 275 gsm adhesive photographic vinyl media.
The vinyl is secured to the foam core board and then over laminated
using a 125 Micron Crystal Laminate. This process gives an extremely
durable finish, suitable for the most demanding environment. All
our Image Blocs, canvases and printed posters are printed using
Epson Ultrachrome K3 pigment based ink, for stunning colour and
detail.

What file sizes do you accept?
We except: JPEGS, Tiffs (16 & 8 Bit), PSD (Adobe Photoshop), Adobe
illustrator and EPS files. For any other file formats, please
contact us.
Is my photograph of high enough quality?
Today's digital cameras are capable of producing very high quality
photographs, so it is unlikely that your photograph will be of
insufficient quality. If you are ensure, please contact us or e-mail
your photograph to
info@perfectpicturecompany.com. We
will advise you if your photograph is suitable.
We a use a combination of either the latest 'up scaling' /
'interpolation'.
Adobe Photoshop software or
Genuine Fractals to enlarge your
image to the required size and increase the PPI (Pixels Per square
Inch) for printing, without loss of quality and detail. We can
enlarge an image to a significantly larger size.
We pride ourselves on the quality of our products and prints. If the
photograph you have sent us is insufficient quality and we are
unable to produce a stunning image, we will advise you.
My photograph is not from a digital camera. Can you still
print from it?
Yes. We can print from slide, negative film, printed pictures and
even drawings. Please contact us at

We will advise you on how to proceed.
What payment methods do you expect?
We except: Visa, MasterCard, Switch / Maestro, Solo. You can also
pay via Paypal.
Can I order and arrange for the item to be delivered to a
different address?
Yes. Please complete appropriate sections at the checkout.
Do you deliver outside of the UK?
Currently, we only deliver to the UK. However, we aim to deliver

Do I get a proof of my canvas / Image Bloc before it is
printed?
Yes. We will send you a proof of your canvas / Image Bloc before it
goes to print within 2 days of receiving your order. Please check
your proof and send us back an approval.
Will the proof I see on screen be the same quality and colour
that I see on screen?
We will compress (downsize) the proof to make it more suitable for
e-mail. Your final print will be of much higher quality.
Although we make every effort to match the colours exactly, we
cannot guarantee the colours will be an exact match. Variations in
monitor calibrations, print media and inks may result in subtle
differences.
How do I hang my Canvas / Image Bloc and frames?
All
our Canvases and Image Blocs come with hanging brackets. We also
supply additional picture fixings to suit all wall types. Please see
