How long will it take to receive my order?
Canvas / Image Blocs and all ready made frames will be delivered within 7 working days from receipt of payment.

If you are downloading your own image for use on a Canvas or Image Blocs, we will send you a proof within 2 days. Once you have approved your proof, delivery will be 7 working days from approval date.


What are your delivery costs?
Canvas & Image Blocs are charged at £9.95. (Courier)
All readymade frames are charged at £7.99 (Courier)
Hanging Kits and Aperture Mounts are charged at £2.99 (Royal Mail)
Poster Prints are charged at £5.99 (Courier)
All other items will have the postage costs clearly stated in the checkout.


What is an ImageBloc?
ImageBloc’s are exclusive to Perfect Picture Company. ImageBloc’s allow you to showcase your favourite photograph or image and transform it into a beautiful work of art. ImageBloc’s are constructed with a solid wooden frame and a hollow wooden core. ImageBloc’s are engineered with a wooden back panel with integral hanging holes, ready to hang. ImageBloc’s have the appearance of a solid block of wood and are suitable for your home or work environment. Each ImageBloc is hand made and finished for you.

Images are printed onto 275 gsm self adhesive Vinyl. The vinyl is secured to the wooden frame and then over laminated using a 125 gsm Micron Crystal Laminate. The ImageBloc is then edged and finished. This process gives an extremely durable finish, suitable for the most demanding environment. ImageBloc’s showcase your images and artwork in a beautiful and durable way.


How are your Canvases made?
Perfect Picture Company can transform your favourite photograph or image into an individual work of art.
• 100% cotton weave canvas – low reflective matt finish, neutral ph suitable for archiving.
• Printed with an Epson 9800 44’’ wide format printer. We only use Epson Ultra Chrome K3 pigment based inks.
• Hand stretched over a chunky 43mm x 45mm wooden box frame
• Finished with UV and water resistant lacquer.

All are canvases are suitable for your home or work environment. Every Canvas is hand made, hand stretched and hand finished just for you.


Are there any other sizes available?
Yes. We can supply are canvases and ImageBloc’s in most sizes. If you cannot find the size you require, please contact us at info@perfectpicturecompany.com for a quote and further information.


How do I download, send my photographs / images to you?

What file sizes do you accept?
We except: JPEGS, Tiffs (16 & 8 Bit), PSD (Adobe Photoshop), Adobe illustrator and EPS files. For any other file formats, please contact us.


Is my photograph of high enough quality?

Today’s digital cameras are capable of producing very high quality photographs, so it is unlikely that your photograph will be of insufficient quality. If you are ensure, please contact us or e-mail your photograph to images@perfectpicturecompany.com. We will advise you if your photograph is suitable.

We use advanced ‘up scaling’ / ‘interpolation’ software to enlarge your image to the required size and increase the dpi (dots per square inch) for printing without loss of quality and detail. We can enlarge an image to a significantly larger size.

We pride ourselves on the quality of our products and prints. If the photograph you have sent us is insufficient quality and we are unable to produce a stunning image, we will advise you.


My photograph is not from a digital camera. Can you still print from it?
Yes. We can print from slide, negative film, printed pictures and even drawings. Please contact us at images@perfectpicturecompany.com. We will advise you on how to proceed.


What payment methods do you expect?
We except: Visa, MasterCard, Switch / Maestro, Solo. You can also pay via Paypal.


Can I order and arrange for the item to be delivered to a different address?
Yes. Please complete appropriate sections at the checkout.

Do you deliver outside of the UK?

Do I get a proof of my canvas / ImageBloc before it is printed?
Yes. We will send you a proof of your canvas / ImageBloc before it goes to print within 2 days of receiving your order. Please check your proof and send us back an approval.


Will the proof I see on screen be the same quality and colour that I see on screen?
We will compress (downsize) the proof to make it more suitable for e-mail. Your final print will be of much higher quality.

Although we make every effort to match the colours exactly, we cannot guarantee the colours will be an exact match. Variations in monitor calibrations, print media and inks may result in subtle differences.


How do I hang my Canvas / Image Bloc and frames?
All our Canvases and ImageBloc’s come with hanging fixings. We also supply additional picture fixings to suit all wall types.


Do you do an express service?
Our turnaround time for all Canvases, ImageBloc’s and frames is 7 working days. If you require your item faster, we provide an express service. Our express service will have your item delivered and ready to hang within 3 days of us receiving back your proof approval. The express service costs only an additional £15.



Do you do bulk discounts?
